Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and lixhot8 ("lixhot8," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the lixhot8 website, mobile platform, casino games, account services, payment facilities, promotions, and all other services offered by lixhot8 (collectively, the "Services").

2.3 Registration Requirements. To open a lixhot8 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one lixhot8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at lixhot8's sole discretion.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). lixhot8 may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon account review, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lixhot8 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. lixhot8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. 3.3 Account Suspension and Termination. lixhot8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Violation of the one-account policy;
• Conduct that lixhot8 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform or other players.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request to close your lixhot8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Self-exclusion options are also available as described in Section 8.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lixhot8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and other local banking channels as may be made available from time to time. lixhot8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on lixhot8 is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at lixhot8's discretion. Current limits are displayed on the lixhot8 deposit page.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements . lixhot8 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 banking days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. lixhot8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on lixhot8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lixhot8 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by lixhot8 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your lixhot8 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. lixhot8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players in connection with a promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. lixhot8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation. All lixhot8 Casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by lixhot8 or any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

Limitation of Liability

10.3 Maximum Liability. lixhot8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lixhot8 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lixhot8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

lixhot8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using lixhot8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lixhot8 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and lixhot8 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Amendments to These Terms

In the event of a dispute between you and lixhot8, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting lixhot8 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
